- BA in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both languages English and French
- Experience in cooking, Catering and hospitality
- 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurants, Hotels or bakeries
- Able to Assist the Manager in:
1:Management of staff (working with the HR Dept to recruit, hire, evaluate and terminate necessary staff etc).
2:Maintain strict inventory and cost control.
3:Ensure proper safety conditions for all Bakery, production and product storage facilities.
4:Accountable for all international standards of hygiene and sanitation and health practices
6:Oversee proper maintenance of all bakery and sealing room equipment.
7:Ordering, receiving and warehousing of all bakery ingredients.
8:Oversee effective scheduling of all department staff.
9:Ensure the efficient operation of a high volume production facility to meet company goals and customer needs.
10:Quality Control –accountable for maintenance and ensuring checks at all levels so production remains as highest standard....
